My buddy is doing a 306 block from CHP with a good list of mods and a procharger. The only thing he is missing is injectors. He picked up some 35lb brown top out of a turbo coupe only to realize they're low impedance injectors. Will he be able to run these injectors or will he have to get high impedance injectors?

Always buy injectors new.
Try to realize that if an injector doesn't work properly, it will blow the motor with a s/c. Not worth it to save money.

36lbs for 500whp boosted doubt that... Slim style 60lbs injectors are a way better design and have no troubke with a lil 306.. I use 80 lbs on mine. Idles just fine.. People are still stuck wirth the whole big injectors don't idle good

Neighbor runs 92s on YSI vortecd 306. 36s would be good on NA 306. Go bigger than minimum or buy again with next upgrade.

Cool thanks guys. Gave us something to think about. He read somewhere that 36's were good. I figured he should run at least 42lb but might have to step it up to 80lb
