kick panels, and have a way to tuck the carpet in under the rear side panels where they touch bottom in the door jamb. Otherwise its a pain to remove those panels. I was able to tuck the carpet in using a trim panel removal tool, just the right angle to stuff it in under there while I pulled up on the bottom a little bit with my fingers. I've done carpet in three cars, one being my Mustang. Its not hard, just take your time when trimming. Its better to trim a little rather than too much. You cant put carpet back after you cut it off. The first big cuts are the hard part, then after its all settled in and laying flat, have fun cutting the holes out for the seat belts and such on the floor. Its not hard, just have patience so you make it look good!
