To the OP, it looks like the PO installed an LOC somewhere and thats why the wiring is capped off.The stock amps are mounted under the rear deck where the alpine is now. The PO repinned the stock connector so when you connect all your wiring to the adapter harness run the remote turn on wire off the head unit connector to the adapter blue wire. It will then run into those. The brown wire IIRC is the turn on wire for the stock amps.</blockquote>
