I just bypassed it on the engine, the two ecu's share throttle position sensor, and tach input signals but the megasquirt controls the engine timing,fuel and fuel pump system.... Basically the MS controls the engine but the factory computer sees what it's doing with a shared signal to know what to do with the trans , and can send that signal to the gauge cluster as oem computer does, just can't control the engine.. Only controls the drivetrain to accommodate for it..engine harness is all new from DIY auto tune, the rest is in best oem format as possible.. The trans shifts perfect and extremely hard considering its at the 450+ hp settings..Sent from my iPhone</blockquote>
