Im in SoCal, SD to be specific, and id rather keep it street legal and not have to worry about anything along those lines. What do you guys think about the UPR X-pipe? Its pretty cheap (like $200 less then all the others) is the quality reflective of the price or is it decent?

I see what your saying. I have an offroad x pipe and it scares me sometimes, becuase all they have to do is look under the car and im toast. So I will be getting a mid pipe with high flow cats and gutting them, come smog time like this month the stocker goes back on and well you know.
