i would go to a 190 fuel pump anyways cause its always a good thing to have for little mods or big future plans and the ignition box under the air filter is the ignition control module and thats always good to upgrade also, like quickstang said try cleaning the maf really good and spray out the throttle body while your there, you said your fuel pressure is at 40 psi, try going to 42 or a little more, but i wouldnt go more than 45 psi, but it could also mean that your injectors could be clogged and only spayin a little gas

i have stock injectors and a stock fuel regulator. i just took my breather off my oil filler neck reconected the hose to the intake and it idles even worse now i dont get that one becuse that should have fixed a vac leak right?

so i played around with my timing some more got it fixed up but now its like i have a misfire at higher rpms but its going full rich now at WOT so i am going to replace my spark plug wires and see what happens i have like 3 diffrent kinds on there right now and who knows what one is good and whats not lol.
