i just got some used long tubes froma buddy of mine who bought them from someone else. he decided to go to shorties. the only thing is he was gonna put them on a fox body. i have a sn95. they are dented for clearance issues from the car before.

well anyways my question is:

will fox body headers fit on a sn95?

Do they have one solid flange or do they have a single flange for every runner? I was just curious as you which ones you got. From what I have gathered you can use the headers and mid off a fox just fine, its just usually the mid that needs to be bent outward to fit...

ok well with a good exhaust guy and some fandangling i got the headers in. i plugged all the holes to the EGR ports and i had to extend the o2 sensor wires. my problem now is that after i drive for a little the check engine light comes on. the car feels/runs fine but the light jsut comes on.

Probably an EGR issue since you capped it and got rid of the EGR equipment, I'm surprised you don't have part throttle detonation.

Its where the air/fuel mixture is still combusting outside the cylinder, if you hear something that sounds like rocks rattleing in a can then thats it. I would say your computer is throwing insufficient EGR flow or something similar go, go read your codes.
