dont beleive so. i beleive the hangers are in different locations. not 100% sure on that. but if you get it for a good enough deal, you can get new hangers welded on at an experienced shop.
96 & 97 the hangers are unique/different for both years, rear o2 sensors in same locations.
98-04 the hangers and rear o2 sensors are different than 96-97 and I couldn't use the rear o2's on my car with a 98 mid pipe.
they will ALL bolt into ALL of the cars, on my car with a 98 mid pipe I had to put 18mm oil pan drain plugs into the rear o2 bungs, and zip-tie the o2 sensors (leaving them plugged in still) and use MIL eliminators.

Here's a pic of the 98 pipe on my 97.
the rear o2's point straight at the trans crossmember, and the hangers are way further back.
The pipe didn't hang noticeably lower, as it's still held at the same angle by the exhaust manifolds.

it'll fit, hangers are easy to cut/weld wherever you need them.
