well this is my "farm" truck its my DD, hopefully when i get my taxes back i will be picking up a notch, and working on that

also goin to order a 4in turbo back straight exhaust for it, only "mods" are 6k hid headlights 3k fog lights and a AFE intake

well i sold some used garage doors to a friend of mine and since his truck was down i decided to deliver them to him since it has rained a good bit and possible getting stuck on the way back to his shop

lol all good, i would rather have my 6.0 over his 6.4 diesel, ive had to do more repairs on his then mine (runs and knocks on wood) i jus halfway like his wheels, but think i would need black fender flares to pull them off

lol the exhaust i am looking at is 4in turbo back and tip is 5in, and think black fender flares would help with the wheels, talking smooth type not the bushwackers everyone else has, his wheels have the "poke past your fender" look goin on

I like the wheels but I don't think you should. IMO black and tan don't go together. Are you going to EGR delete it and headstud it? The EGR let out on my 6.0 (100,000 miles) just last week. Did it all the sudden! It was crazy

I like the 6.0s and how they run stock for stock compared to 7.3Ls but I'm almost to afraid to pick one up that hasn't had a EGR delete and headstuds and whatnot. I wouldn't trade wheels. I think flares look retarded on the Super Duty's and those wheels are pretty mehhhh anyways.

it hasnt been done yet, but when i do break down and start modding it, which i hope i get this notch before i mod the truck (cause the car would be cheaper and jus leave the truck stock), but when i finally do the egr/oil coolers will be deleted, egr will be deleted, new headgaskets and studs to match and a new turbo, with all that done the 6.0s are freakin pretty much bulletproof, im not sure if my truck has every had any of it replaced, but i have 169k miles

as long as you get it and take care of it, dont go throwing mods at it like crazy and hot rodding it (which is what i do, i jus tow that 16ft trailer and our 24ft pontoon boat) you should be to go on a 6.0, the wheels i really want are the factory fat five spoke 20's

Nice looking truck I really don't mind how it looks as is. Could always swap wheels just to see how it looks.

thanks, i have been on the fence about his wheels since he got his truck lol, i keep picking on him since he is almost 50 now that he looks like a little spoiled punk driving it (with the wide big aftermarket rims), i really want some factory fat five spoke 20's for mine

thats awesome that its its first time having to go in for some work, mine went in about 3 weeks ago (jus shut off while driving down the hwy, first thing that popped in my head was the HPOP, but it was only my IPR, so i dodged a 1500 bill and only paid 300
