Mileage and MOD motors

What is the life like on 4V mod motors? Im looking at a Mach 1 with 100K miles....although its cheap i need something that will last me some while as a daily driver.

Anyone got experience with high mileage 4v's?

My 97 Cobra has 168k. It had a reman engine installed somewhere along the line, but I don't know when. I have put 30k on the car since I bought it.
