Stock sway bar on the rear, J&M lowers, poly inserts on the uppers, and NEW uppers from ford racing. If you car has north of 75k on it, new upper control arms all the way. Larger than stock sway bars will cause a push to develop. A decent spring and shock combo will do wonders in combination. It all depends on how aggressive you want to be.
