The Mustang is my 1996 GT convertible, the Cougar is a 2002 V6 model that I picked up for my daughter's first car

Ford lists both as Laser Red, only difference is the Mustang paint is Laser Red metallic tricoat

how did you get those seats to match your interior so well? if you dont mind me asking

Nobody made seats in a color close enough to match so I bought these white, I dyed them to match the OEM saddle color. The color match is 99% perfect, only a slight difference due to sun fade on the rears

well you did an amazing job, if you ever get time could you explain how you dye them? i have heard of people who do it but never actually done it or seen it done... and i wonder if it would work on suede

I ordered the dye from www.leatherrenew.com, then I went to home depot and picked up 4 of these plus an assorted pack of foam brushes

Then I thinned the dye with water and simply sprayed it on, for the seams I used the foam brushes to work it into the stitches and such. I also used the foam brushes a couple times when I had drips from spraying too heavy. 2-3 coats later and they were done, waited a day or two then treated the with leather conditioner and installed them in the car with Corbeau frames.
