My car is overheating..HELP

Its been extremely hot the past weeks, and my car has overheated twice already. Not horrible, but only because I caught it before It got bad. I replaced the radiator, stock thermostat to a termi thermostat, fan, overflow tank, and water pump. I don't understand why the fuck my car is still overheating, and its really starting to piss me off. I have burped the cooling system so many times, and I also flushed it twice and wasted money on watter wetter bullshit.

Im lost on what I could possibly do next, I have had a compression test as well and everything was fine... SO WTF!

is the thermostat bad?

is the fan turning on? maybe the plug melted or something?

The same thing happened to me last night. My wife and I were cruising through town and I noticed that my temp gauge was just over the L on normal. I couldn't figure out what was going on. It wouldn't get all the way hot and as long as we got moving it would cool back down to the R. I think the fan or relay has crapped out on me. Which relay is it so I can check it?
