Got up early to go to the shop and pick up my Mustang. When i got there it had a T56, aluminum driveshaft, and a Pro-5.0 shifter
So, went to school, went on with my day, got home, hooked up the stereo, and attemped to install my new wheel...
went to Advance Auto to get a gear puller, and being a cheap SOB i bought the $6 one, so it took me half an hour of the neighbor kids staring and learning some new words until i figured out to smack the back of it with a mallet. It came right off then lol.
THEN... i saw this

i had no idea what that was. traced it back to the airbag and the horn, im like meh i dont need either one really. so i cut it to make way for...

the steering wheel sits crooked. and it pisses me the fnck off. and i cant figure out what to do about it.

Oh, and my mom's never heard my car. when i came home shes like i can hear you comming a mile away hahaha

you can adjust teh steering wheel by loosening the t-55 torx bit on the shaft under the dash and then making an adjustment amd tighten it up.

^ Please excuse my lack of "proper terms". the thing that connects the steering wheel to the steering shaft is a little square piece. when the wheels are straight, the square leans about 15 degrees to the right. the hub isnt designed for that.
Ford doesnt like it when you mess with their cars.

After I switched out my steering column and joint I had the same "crookedness" on my wheel. I'm Wondering if they can fix that with an alignment

what was the point of switching from a stock wheel to that? do you hardly drive it on the street?
