My stang is a 96 with the basic bolt ons and now at a local shop doin the full pi swap with comp 270s and a dyno tune. I want to spray it but not sure how much of a shot these motors can handle with the stock bottom end and should I go wet or dry and who has the best kit for the stang

Come on guys I know there is a few of you out their who have nitrous and can chime in on this so plz help

I sprayed a 125 shot for about 3 years (at least 150 passes) on my 140,000+ mile non P.I. engine.

Never had a problem. I like Compucar the best personally

what was your best times with this set up and with what mods did you have

Best time was a 13.2 with the non P.I. engine

Mods were:

-Cold air intake
-Underdrive pulleys
-Longtube headers
-H-pipe
-125 shot

IDK I sprayed a 100 NX shot at altitude in a NPI motor, 2900 pound car, and 5 speed, full exhaust like you had, but basically no other power mods... and ran 12.91 at altitude...

With comp 270s 100 shot would be my limit...

I have a great thread on what happens when your an idiot with nitrous, called putting a big hole in a plastuc intake manifold. lol. be careful, and you`ll be fine.
