I put about 3-5hrs of wetsanding in each headlight. After I got my Saleen hood painted my headlights looked like poo, they had the usual aftermarket clear coat flake with some baby scratches where the clearcoat flaked off. I tried my best to restore the headlights because I made them a few years ago before projector swaps started getting really popular. What I did was buy 400, and 600 grit 3m sanding paper from home depot along with gloves, Helmans spar urethane gloss and mineral spirits. I had meguiars 800, 1000, and 2000 super fine sand paper here already so I went along use all those stages to get the lens back to optical clarity. It was a good learning lesson on how to sand properly because I put marks in them and had to redo it again until I was satisfied with it. I wet-sanded everything...
