Hey guys i got a 94 Mustang wich was repainted by the PO in Vibrant Red, paint still has gloss and it shines but when you get close to it u start to notice that the surface of the paint is full of what looks like water marks and it looks cloudy on the roof , hood and trunk, since i live in florida thats maybe the problem, it looks like a haze on the paint , i have tried off the shelf Meguiars products , Rubbing Compound and then Wax , it gives me nice results and eliminates all the drop marks and the haze but after some days it just falls off and the paint goes back to the way it was, im sure theres a way to keep the problems hidden for more time then just a few days, im looking for something that i can use by hand cuz i dont have a DA buffer or a place to use it(apartments >.<) .

What you need is a DA two do some paint correction. Unless you just want to continue to cover it up.

A Flex polisher would be better. The Porter Cable just takes to long to correct from my experience. Invest in a Flex with some pads, and some meguiars, menzerna, or CG products.

If you are looking to restore the shine and luster back into you paint, you should really consider investing in a Porter-Cable D/A machine. The cost of the machine not very high and if you use the machine one time on your vehicle, it already paid for itself. A Porter-Cable or any polishing machine is truly the only way to completely restore the paint on your vehicle.

He is a link to a great porter cable package that we sell here at Chemical Guys.

Then all you need is some of our new Optical Polishes and you are ready to go!!!

I have heard awesome things about the Flex, that it's way better than a PC...but it's also a rotary. A PC is a great tool, and regardless I think everyone should probably start with a PC/DA, even if there are better polishers out there. I'm hoping to master the PC over the next few years, and then add (not trade up) to a flex...I think both have their place.
