need help valve springs

i need valve springs for my gt40p heads but i dont know what to go with. would like ones that i put on and doesn't need machining.(i need to get it going, need a car for school) looking at some ford racing double springs(fms-m6513-a351). does anyone know if they would work with my stuff retainers and locks? any other suggestion.

what cam are you using? I would go with what ever springs are recommended to work with your cam...
