How much air you got running threw that thing ? You can heat it up a bit around the bolt head and it should come right out. Other wise use a breaker bar and you'll have to whack it with a hammer a few times that should crack it free

Pull out a spark plug and set piston at bottom on compression stroke (both valves closed). Feed in some rope onto cylinder until full (leave an end hanging out). Rotate crank until piston compresses rope and you can't turn crank anymore. Insert breaker bar in HB and pull.. After bolt is loose, rotate crank backwards till you can remove rope.

What worked for me a couple of times was putting the pulley back on the balancer, wrapping the belt around the pulley once and squeezing the loose ends of the belt. Wear some gloves to hold the belt and hit the bolt with the impact, I think I hit it with 150psi not sure how much your compressor and gun are rated at.

impact gun.

if its an 03/04 cobra and your taking off the supercharger pulley, its reverse threads.

To get mine off, we had to install the transmission AND the driveshaft. two people used a breaker bar on the bolt while one held the driveshaft. ... hope yours isnt that bad!
