Message: <blockquote data-quote="jakes_94gt" data-source="post: 781597" data-attributes="member: 13258">got the motor back together last night and started it this morning and it will idle but its high 1000 to 1500. but ther motro doesent shake as bad any more. i know i have an exhaust leak at the header and i was driving up and down my drive way and now it sounds like a rod nocking its pretty loud. i tightened up the header bolts found 1 pretty loose and the sound didnt change. i hope its just a blown gaskit and not the rod nocking it coming from the drivers side and thats where the leak was at. there was always and exhaust lea since i bought the car but this sound is different and louder. as for my maf its a abaco dx97 doesen't mean it not bad but after i put the fuel pump in the begining the car ran perfect it seems to be one thing after another with this car.</blockquote>
