Message: <blockquote data-quote="WraithTR1" data-source="post: 1010961" data-attributes="member: 8955"><p>I picked up a 1997 V6 5 speed for $400 dollars this weekend.  The car has been sitting for some time and the alternator and AC are removed so I'm not sure if it is running or if it does how well as it was apparently wired up for nitrous at some point.  Body is in good shape overall some small random dings and needs paint.  My 95 runs pretty good has a few small problems, body is pretty good but needs paint.  I've also got a 1995 GT automatic that has body damage, transmission problems, and rearend issues but the engine and interior are in good shape.  What I'm trying to decide is the best way to turn 3 ok cars into 2 good ones.  I'm thinking of taking the motor out of the 97 and dropping the motor from the 95 V6 into it.  That gives me the 97 motor to try my hand at rebuilding and porting and polishing.  I could then pull the motor out of the GT and drop it into the other 95.  Should I try this or try some other route?</p></blockquote><p></p>
