Ok i went to intsall the o/r x today and ran into a snag. I cant for the life of me get the passenger side manifold
bolts loose. Im using a freakin impact gun and its not budgin. So ive soaked it with penetratin oil and tried again
5 minutes later. No good. Its gotten dark so i had to quit for the night cause i have no lights. I soaked em again
before i went in and i hope it does some good. Any suggestion for somethin to try?

I had the same problem. If you have a torch you can heat them up and that works. If not I would just soak them till it breaks loose. I have heard of some people over a period of two weeks soaking them before they try to pull them.

Yea the heat might do some good. If it tries to B**** i might pull the torch and heat it some. All of the others were easy,
the passenger side just wanted to be a B****.

like what forcefed said, you might want to try a breaker bar with a pipe over the end of that if the regular breaker bar wont work. you can normally get more leverage on it and more force than an impact wrench, or it seems to work that way for me.

good luck man, keep her soaked, itll come out!

I did mine when I lived in Ohio still, needed heat and water. If you have a real torch, heat it.

Update:

Finished it up today around noon. Gonna have some before after clips up in a few. Let it soak overnight
and then used the biggest bar i had to break it loose.
