That's a bigger blower. Not enormous like a YSI which I think is the next step up.  You Can email vortec and provide them the serial # asking for blower details and service records. They will email you back with model,trim, manufacture date, when or if it was upgraded and service dates. That way you know it's full potential.let us know what they say. Usually it takes a day or so for the response.As per your flywheel it depends. I have the billet steel because I was leary of takes offs and launching having enough enertia without feathering the hellnout of it to get it rolling or reving it out. Others have reported that its not that big of a difference.  I will make the note that the aluminum one has a replaceable wear section from mcleod. It's a $60 piece so in my mind that makes it worth while.  If you are specifically using this as a drag car though you may consider the slightly heavier flywheel though.</blockquote>
