We have not raced, but my guess is i would get him off the line (i have 373s and my nittos stick very well) but as soon as he quits spinning, i feel he would pass me. (He has corvette heads and exhaust) and about 80 more hp.

Yes yes, being in high school the funds are not all there, but summer is a week away and ill be getting probably another day at work. Hopefully by the end of summer i will have the exterior how i want, and then winter i will tear apart the top end and do a h.c.i swap (hopefully) is the keyword. Being my daily driver i need it to run and drive, although i have a second car, driving a 98 chevy lumina is not as fun as the mustang! Hahaha!

Ah, I remember those days... Took awhile before the funds truly developed to build a "monster" but mine's still ugly on the outside! My advice, drive the Lumina and keep the miles low on the GT. I rock a VW that I bet is slower than the lumina :)

I think this summer i will just drive the mustang, but next year when i can afford to insure both i will drive the lumina. What do you have done to the engine on your car?

Car looks good. I always liked those Trans Ams, bad ass cars lol. Your car really makes me want to put tailpipes back on, are they regular 2.5'' tails?

Just to give ya a heads up. I got my MAC mufflers with turndowns attatched (called MAC Pro Dumps) installed like 3 days after Christmas that just passed. I loved the sound in the beginning but within a month I grew out of the dumps phase. Dumps make everything louder, make everything vibrate inside, makes the drone about as worse as it can get, and you'll get fumes inside if your not running cats. I've been wanting to buy a set of tailpipes because I'm putting an offroad X on soon, it'll sound cleaner and I'd rather it be loud behind the car and try to have the smallest amount of drone possible. Good luck though, one thing I love about the dumps (mine are right before the rear axle) is that they kinda vibrate the ground and makes the car sound real deep.
