Tranny swap is done, the shop is just waiting for me to come pick it up.
apparently, they ran into prob after prob with it. so install was $1100......... this thing better be fucking flawless when i go get it tmra

Nope. Stock long block and no issues...yet.

Those were going in my car but I would need 30 " tires to reach 8,000 shift points on my car this year so instead we go 488 or 5.26 and 26" tire

Oh ya I knew that. My goal is a kickass DD that can hold it's own whether it's on the street, strip, or track.
4.10s are comming sometime in the near future

Guys with the T56 can run a 4.30 or a 4.56. I have seen a lot of people running those to help out with the First gear woes.

yeah, i COULD, but keep in mind this is my DD and id like to maintain SOME gas milage. 4.10s i think will be a notiocable improvment over 3.27s.
i make shit for cash.

picked up the car today. I'm sitting in it on my iPod writing this rite now cuz I'm way early for an appointment lol. I'm in the middle of swithing to black interior so there's like nothing in it. Anyway, I couldn't be happier with the tranny. 20.2 miles on it. Shifts smooth, no more fncking grinding gears
