I'd like to have a 350 horse street car plus nitrous. Is a blower the most cost effective and reliable way to get where I want to go? Or would a good top end, bolt ons and tune do the trick? Which combo will be easier on my pocket and take the nitrous abuse better? I won't use the funny gas a lot maybe once or twice a month. Gas mileage isn't a huge concern as I have a DD but I don't want I ride that'll take half my paycheck to cruise around one night. Any of you guys had both combos (blower/bolt ons vs built engine w/heads cam and the rest ) ? I haven't bought anything yet I'm still doing some research on what kind of car/mod combos offer the best power to budget ratio.
