I bought a new radiator tonight and am gonna try that. I think the previous owner (my father in law) may have put some type of stop leak in. I do remember that I cleaned a bunch of shit out of the coolant recovery tank when I pulled the motor for the rebuild. maybe it clogged it up.</blockquote>
