So I got my car running now, but I am throwing two check engine codes, the light only comes on for a couple seconds then turns off. The two codes are.

181 - Fuel at rich adaptive limit at part throttle; system lean

542 - Fuel pump secondary circuit failure: PCM to ground

The ground side of the fuel pump, most likely, has too much resistance (from the fuel pump to the PCM). Try grounding the fuel pump relay seperately to a known good ground and see if the pump runs. If it does, your PCM is bad.

I've had the 181/ 189 lean codes before and it was fixed by cleaning the maf and resetting the computer

Wait so should I ground the wire coming out of the pcm to something else?

And also my temp gauge is on the fritz, my car will be parked and completely cool and sometimes when I turn my car over it will just hop all the way to reading I am overheating like it will be way past the red and my car wont even be on. Bad temp sensor? Or could it be related to these other issues?

Don't worry about resetting the PCM at the fuse.

Just disconnect the positive at the battery for a few minutes. Re-connect it and start the car.

Ok so I cleaned my maf and that seemed to help my car drive a little smoother especially from a stop, it feels much less choppy. I did not disconnect the battery though to reset the computer. So here is the list of what problems I am trying to sort out.

181 - Fuel at rich adaptive limit at part throttle; system lean (maybe this is fixed now from the maf cleaning?)

542 - Fuel pump secondary circuit failure: PCM to ground ( This one i have no idea what to do, Aaron can you explain what wire I should try grounding out)

Also it still feels like my car is missing a little bit still.

My fuel gauge and temp gauge tweak out randomly and read like completely opposite of what it actually is.

And for some reason tonight I turned my key over and was sitting with it just turned over and my fuel pump primed 3 separate times, it primed once like its supposed to then again a few seconds later, and then a third time several seconds after that.

So I have a list here im trying to figure out.

When was the lst time you replaced the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor?
Your guage problems may be from a bad ground under the hood or on the cluster itself. ck under the hood first.
The fuel pump priming prob.- ck your FP regulator for leak down.

Ok and now I have yet another problem, my car runs really hot now, like just about to the red overheat mark, I drove home from work and got home and could hear it hissing from the radiator cap and the over flow bottle was totally full.
