over sized valves?

ok im going to be removing my pi heads on my car because one of the valves is messed up. so i was thinking of doing 1mm over sized valves is it worth it, and how much hp can you get from it, and do you need to do anything else to the heads except get the valve seats done for the bigger vavle. a friend said you have to do alot more to the head like matching the flow and stuff. im going turbo soon so should i just do it. and i got 150k on my car should i go forged while i got the engine apart and put the compression back to 9.1 for the turbo setup??? answers
