Message: <blockquote data-quote="Willis_98GT" data-source="post: 989768" data-attributes="member: 9646">You can use the same bracket as you did previously. the only purpose that the alternator bracket serves is a division for whether you want to run the npi or pi alternator. the Pi alternator has two bolts holding it to the bracket on the far left and right side bolting to the intake mainfold the exact same way that a npi bracket does. The npi one has a single hole that uses one bolt, be careful that reusing this bracket with PI Heads later on down the road if you decide to go that route will create a few issues if you reuse your existing timing cover (which most do) The pi heads on the npi alternator setup will stretch the belt out and cause it to snap over time, so you need to grab a slightly longer belt. hope this all helps!~Will</blockquote>
