Pictures of deleted pcv system

Has anybody done this, I've been looking ever where to find a push in air breather for my 4.6 and I can't find any, I was wondering if any body had suggestions how to do this or pictures of there deleted pcv system

Hey thanks a lot! But I was wondering with that push in breather the ford one do you think it'll be to
big for the hole on vavle cover were the pcv go cause I member I bout one it was to big?
