polished radiator cover

im not sure if this belongs here but i figured id give it a shot...i bought a polished rad cover from upr and when i opened the directions on the top it said 99-04...has anyone else run into this?

idk it came in a big box with a few other parts...i went on uprs website and the 96-98 and 99-04 covers have diff part numbers

i didnt try and put it on...i was so mad that i just picked up my sh!t and came back inside. i dont wanna screw it up if i gotta send it back. and go figure, upr is closed today so i cant get answers fml

I bet the instructions are the same for 94-04, so they gave you some 99-04 instructions.

I would go and try it before I called and threw a fit. All you would have to do is pop the old one out and compair the shapes, you do not have to mount it to know it would not fit.........

alot of the times they will have specific parts but the installation is the same on a lot of things...
