Message: <blockquote data-quote="ttocs" data-source="post: 1008832" data-attributes="member: 11896">everyone needs to understand that the companies that make the fiberglass/duraglass/what ever parts they were can make some minor tweaks on the part during or after production that can make a big difference in fitting.  Mixing the resins a little differently(maybe too much activator this batch, not enough next time) will make the cure time vary.  Fiberglass can continue to cure after being removed from a mold if the mix was not right which can then lead to shrinking or completing curing in a non-supported way which again makes small tweeks in it.   If it was stored improperly for a long time that too can make it a little off.  In a perfect world of course everything is mixed perfectly, has the perfect amount of time to cure and is handled like an eggshell till it gets in your hands, or really in your painters hands.  This is not a perfect world......Now shippin the wrong shtuff, no excuse.  Last week I ordered some braided nylon wire sleeving and rather then showing up blue like I ordered it, it looked like a black/white candy cane.  I informed the seller and he sent the correct stuff out the next day.</blockquote>
