The other day Dalamar posted some killer pics of an S331 in the Chemical Guys give away thread which led me to want to make my HD look that good.
The F150 graphics are decals and are either not available or ungodly expensive to replace if damaged. How can I protect them while polishing the truck? Is 3m blue painters tape sufficient if I give about 1/4" of overhang to keep away from the edges?

Its been a while since I've had a polished aluminum wheel, whats good for them? It appears these are clear coated, so I guess I'm limited on shine by how good the clear looks.

I'm excited to start cleaning this one up, its in great shape already so it shouldn't be too hard.

Painters tape works fine. I cover me emblems etc with it and I use Flitz polish and ball on most of my wheels. Its non abrasive.
