And spout out is just for setting timing, and not less than stock. As soon as it is set, and you put the spout back in, timing doubles to 34 degrees total advance. Maybe you were thinking I meant locked out at 17?? Either way, no way I would run it at 17 total advance, which would be less than stock, correct, but not the case. Thanks, on letting me know if it is okay to advance on the 95.
