Im NOT saying that more time at the track wont be a smart thing but its NOT what kept me from getting the 11. I have talked to my tuner today as well as a dozen of fellow Lightning owners and the consensus is ALL the same, I had a mid to upper 11 last night but spinning is what kept it from me. I had wheel hop and thats from the slapper bars, after talking to some other guys I KNOW this now........so they are history. Im at the point where they are actually working against me now possibly and for sure are past the power level ( hp and tq ) that the effectiveness of the short slappers are no longer doing there job. This is where a set of 54 or 58 inch LONG bars come into duty. Thats the way im going now, along with some tune tweeks and a new set of slicks this should be the remedy for my case. Hopefully we can get back out there before hot weather sets in. Dude, you SEEN the forum sticker and didnt come over to hang with us???? Wasssss up wit dat ???
