recommend me a cam

i have the heads off my 95gt and have discovered at least one busted lifter and one or two damaged cam lobes, and i havent even looked too hard yet.
current cam was installed when the supercharger went in. supercharger is gone.
since i have everything off, i figure i would get some ideas for how to put everything back together.
the goal is to get everything back together running and for it to have some pop

i have gt40 iron heads that will definitely be going back on, unless somebody can talk me into something nicer. im not looking to spend much money on upgrades, just money to replace what needs replacing. i have 1.6 roller rockers, cobra intake, off road exhaust, 3.73 gears.

so, i need to replace the cam. anybody want to recommend something?

Have the heads ported, and intake ported and I've heard a lot about the tfs stage one.

Um no...

Don't waste your money porting the heads. TFS1 cam isnt a bad choice. I prefer the comp grind http://www.summitracing.com/parts/cca-35-351-8/overview/make/ford howerver.

Comp or Lunati. Or just get a custom one. TFS 1 is good, steeda #19 cam is made for 94-95 5.0 computers

if i want to change the cam, can i do it without removing the air conditioning thing in front of the radiator? (i already took out the radiator)
looks like theres going to be about 15 inches of clearance once i take off the water pump and timing stuff.
i cant seem to find any info on the cam length
