If that's the case the way i posted for programming your fobs may be incorrect also. I know on my car i have to pull back the trunk carpet on the drivers side. There is a lil connector thing you have to connect with a paper clip to program the fobs.  Do you know what your stock fobs look like? Maybe someone with a '96 can post a pic of what their remote looks like.</blockquote>
