Replace hB now vibrations worse

So I replaced my harmonic balancer and car was perfect for two days now car vibrates like a ****.from 500-1500 rpm then smooths out thinking I got a bad hb

It's a dorman and retails 100 I got a hook up at advance got.it for 50 but still. Dormant stuff is usualy ok

Completely to specs of chilton and the sheet that came with it I just finished putting on the second one gunna try it in the morning

Yes I marked this one only thing I noticed I was able to slide it almost all the way on by hand then righted it the rest of the way on but so far so good

are you having any trouble starting the car? If it's an automatic, perhaps a piece of the ring-gear came off the flex-plate (???)


Let us know how that new HB goes! That's a more-likely culprit.

No starts beautifully and I changed it seems to be ok now just seemed to go on realty measly the secound change like was able to put it on 3/4 of the way before ever even.using a ratchet
