Only thing is that you will need to run a "finished" interior, keep the spoiler at 8" and run no splitter. Everything else seems to be open. No restrictions on power, engine, suspension etc. There is also Global Time Attack, which i am sure you want nothing to do with. Also Redline Time Attack. Check out the rules for that.
