Message: <blockquote data-quote="hottwheels04" data-source="post: 237130" data-attributes="member: 8550">It makes perfect sense, alot of times people dont have problems with under drive pulleys, but I have the same problem as u , and I have bbk pulleys aswell , people with same problem had them, and soon as they took them off they had no problems, the reason for that.IT'S cause the pulleys dont allow the alternator to spin enough which cause ur water pump, alternator, ac , cooling of the car not to run right. SIGNS OF THE PROBLEM , gauges going "crazy" , ( oil pressure, temp gauge) speedo gauges and lights go crazy and dim, battery doesnt get enough charge from the alternator, so car is hard to start battery light lights up, u asked, so i figured i would let u kno, each thing i replace the problem goes away, so take my advice, 1st i did a new thermastat it got better, new battery got better and new alternator, now a new radiator, and a guy who checked my car said deff put the stock pulleys on, i might lose extra 5hp but the car will run alot better, trust me the pulleys has alot to do with the problem, and along with other things  :thumb:</blockquote>
