I think they will mount up just fine. I need to know if the gray is the same shade of gray from a 99 and a 95GT. I might just get the fronts but if its a different shade of gray I will need to get the rear seat of out the 99 also. That leads to my next question will the rear seats out of a 99GT fit my 95GT? Do you think $200 is a fair price for two front leather seats in good to great shape? Any help is appreciated
Thanks Dan

Yes, the seats will bolt in just fine. You have to splice a wire or two to make the power options work however. The back seats will work as well. The seatbelts won't work. The clip on the '95s belt well not go into the piece on the 99 buckles. 94-98 cars, the buckles are fastened onto the tranny tunnel, on 99-04 cars, the buckles are made onto the side of the seat. I just took the ones off of my '02 seats and left my stock buckles in their original place. Works perfect. I'm not sure on the gray colors though.

I have gray seats out of a 03 gt and it is very close. I still have my stock rears and you cant really tell the difference. The pattern is a little different other than that its ok.

I put 00 Mustang seats in my car. The pain is the passenger seat track. It DOES NOT BOLT DIRECTLY INTO A 94-98. You can get one off a fox, or off of your old seats. As for the power, I just soldered all the wires needing power together into a single positive wire, and the ground to the pigtail of a new connector. Everything works, lumbar, front->back, up->down. I just got a new connector from orchard supply, that way I didn't have to get Ford parts, or have to work in the tight space in the car with only the short wires that are there.

The seats I had bolted directly in to my 97? :dunno: I did the same thing for the power though..I used pull off connectors though in case I ever want to take out the seat.

That's strange. The passenger side was completely off when I tried to put it in. When I got Fox rails it lined right up.
