OOOOOORRRRRRRRR.... if you're going to rebuild it, find you a wrecked SVT contour... they have a 3.8 in them, and the guts to that are all forged. you can run spray or boost then with no worries...

Ive never seen an SVT Contour with a 3.8L?? They only had a 2.5L V6...

Some Taurus cars had the 3.8L.....but I think the blocks were different, not allowing them to be used for RWD application (different bellhousing pattern)....
