Gas on, then just a quick push in and out of the clutch shocks the drivetrain and helps to lose traction. Just think of it as dumping the cluch to do a burnout, but while in motion. I throw the cars weight pretty hard as well which also helps to upset the balance,and by doing that hard enough I almost don't need to kick the clutch.
