Found a intercooled "complete" Procharger kit for sale near me, guy is asking $2200. I figure 20 Bens would buy it. Standard P1-SC, Procharger intercooler, Tial 40mm blow off valve. Is that a good deal? Mileage unknown.

EDIT: Procharger site says 60-80% HP gains, so that's 350-400 flywheel HP. That seems like a nice increase for not a bad price.

If that's the supercharger blower you want be prepared to spend another $450 to have it checked out by ProCharger (I highly recommend you do that). So the price for the supercharger kit has now gone up.

1. Is that a P1-SC (basically a P600B impeller w/P-series transmission) or P1-SC-1 or P1-SC-2?

2. The P1-SC will have a hard time making over 500 rwhp and that's fine if that's what you want.

Good luck

It appears (from what I can see in the ad pics) to be a P1-SC. Honestly (at least for now) 350-400 would be plenty. I'm still mostly stock at this point, so that would tide me over for a while until I can do a crate motor.

Well, it's one of those deals where if you're not going to buy it, I'm going to need the link so I can buy it.

LOL! I'll never tell. In all seriousness, it's on FB Marketplace.

I need to do some checking first. I'm not sure how well a 158k mile stock 302 would handle any sort of boost.

Here's the link to the ad....does it look to be missing some piping? Doesn't look anything like the others I've seen.

I'm assuming you have an SN95 Mustang (94/95) and if you do then that kit is not for a 1994 or 1995 Mustang.

I hope that helps

Yes its a complete fox kit.
You can run it but youll have to do a fox front dress and TBody swap unless you fabricate or purchase a sn95 inlet tube. jFY i have a fox vortech set up on my 95.

Yeah I think so too. Honestly it just caught my eye as an easier path to my goal for the car (300whp). I really want to do it "old school" and stay NA for the moment. I should get pretty close with a decent H/C/I combo. Should I decide to go boosted down the road, I'll be that much further ahead. I've got an Explorer upper and lower intake already....just saving my pennies for heads and a cam. I don't really want to go the GT40 head route if I can help it. From what I've seen, you're not saving that much by the time you have them worked/cleaned up compared to a set of entry level aluminum heads.
