He offered to "tune" my car with it untill he heard that I have a swapped in '03 motor and said it doesnt work with engine swaps. Is this true? Why wouldn't it work? I mainly just want to bump timing run 91 octane, adjust for my gears since my speedcal is broken and maybe bump fuel pressure if thats even possible.
