I believe its part of the clutch pedal assemblyBut what i remember is, this little part had a major role in being able to press in the clutch and shift gearsI remember the little teeth getting striped off and i wasn't able to change gears any more.I also remember my father having to pretty much take out the dash to replace it.If I'm not mistaken the damage was caused when i would press in on the clutch pretty hard and fast.Any ideas on what this part is/called? and if our cars even have this.Sorry if I'm not giving enough details, this was some odd 15-16 years ago.</blockquote>
