You want to test the blue wire (MAF sign). There are 4 wires. Battery voltage, ground, PCM power ground and signal. The signal volts will be between .2v - 1.5v at idle. Since you can't simulate the volts at 60 mph just increase the rpms and you should see an increase in volts.

Okay I'll do that. I got a code reader and got the codes 118 and 543 and then 998 for running in failure mode I plan on getting new injectors as well. I have to fix the first set of codes since it won't do the KOER reading. I also adjusted the timing and added octane boost and it seems to be running better driving wise so I'll definitely check the MAF sign wire to figure out the idle surge. Do I replace the MAF sensor if the readings not right? Thanks.

The car was up to temp so I need a new temp sensor. Thank you for sharing the link, looks like I'll be ordering a new CCRM for my car.

Yeah the signal fluctuates a bunch and everything going in is fine.

I ended up cleaning the spark plugs, getting new spark plug wires and fixing the firing order. It now runs great just rich afr a tune will take care of. I over looked the simple things like an idiot. Thank you for everyone's help.

Firing order is pretty difficult to miss haha, glad you found the issue. I would change your oil if you’ve been running with the wrong firing order for a while, get the excess fuel out of the oil.

I'll definitely be doing another oil change. I'm not used to all the complicated wiring and computers on fuel injected cars so I got worried an over complicated a simple fix. Glad I only had to spend $40. Now it's time for body work and paint.
