I went to the junk-yard and looked for a mark VIII fan , but there wasn't any. I did however found one from a thunderbird that looks almost or the same. I installed it and yesterday in a hot day with a/c on and the gauge did pass the middle, althought it did not go so high as before. I used a thermometer and it was around 200*+ ( I could not get the highest reading). It does not overheat with a/c off. What do you guys think is a good temperature range? What do you think is high? I am now thinking on adding an aftermarket temp. gauge, what's a good brand to get without breaking the bank?</p></blockquote><p></p>
