Steeda 23 Tooth Speedo gear

Im thinking twice about my speedcal, because I heard that the 23T white gear that was made for jeeps, maybe this speedo gear that steeda came out with doesn't get eaten up? Can someone shed light on this? Its black by the way.

Maybe the steeda 23t is better :dunno:....i used a white one and it was chewed up and off in 6 months.

The problem is, that no matter how many, or few teeth they put on there, the diameter remains the same, 23t gear's have very thin teeth. Unless Steeda is making them out of like Delrin or something, but I honestly wouldn't bother.
